INGREDIENTS
2 zucchinis (thinly sliced)
1 pinch chilli flakes
2-3 tbsp feta cheese
salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Using a mandolin, thinly slice zucchini length wise.
Toss the zucchini ribbons with Gigi’s Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Top with cracked black pepper, chilli flakes and crumbled feta cheese.
